Born and raised in Nishinomiya, Japan, I spent my youth surrounded by both the sea and mountains. During my student years, I lived in London, where I had the opportunity to practice my English and immerse myself in the culture. After working in the IT industry with a focus on IT infrastructure, I transitioned into project management. Now, my primary goal is to contribute to the growth of my team members and clients. I’m grateful for the many people I’ve met along the way who have helped me grow, and now I strive to help my team grow and to enjoy their work.

My personal motto is “Passion creates effort.” While effort can sometimes be tough, I believe that when you’re passionate about something, you give your best performance and grow in the process.

I have a wife and a daughter, and I love baking bread and cooking for my family. Every day, my young daughter reminds me of my motto. When she’s getting better at playing video games, it’s all about having fun and enjoying the process. I want to create an environment where my daughter can freely experience and enjoy learning. Both my work and my family are incredibly important to me, and I’m committed to balancing both to make every day fulfilling and meaningful.
