ICT Infrastructure Team Leader for Online Payment System
I led the infrastructure team for an online payment system utilizing multiple internet banking platforms. Responsible for defining customer requirements, designing, constructing, and testing a fully redundant, high-availability B2C system. I ensured all servers met strict requirements for timer values, downtime, and overall system reliability. Contributing as the team leader, I oversaw the entire process, meeting the high standards expected of the system.

Implementation and Support of FAX OCR System
I implemented and supported a system designed to efficiently process large volumes of FAXes and streamline order processing in the sales management system. I combined multiple features, including OCR and OCR result verification by managers, and was responsible for proposing, designing, implementing, and testing the system to ensure no downtime due to hardware failures.

Project Manager / Vendor control for Teacher Training Feedback System at an Education University
I defined customer requirements for a social media system using open-source software (OSS) and designed it in an Agile format. The system enabled various features, such as posting to timelines, sharing videos, and digitizing paper reports for automatic timeline uploads, all managed in a unified platform. This system facilitated smooth communication between teacher trainees and faculty members, enabling faculty to provide feedback on trainees' teaching practices whilst trainees could also give feedback to each other. This initiative has been praised for contributing to the development of high-quality educators.

I managed the development of a system for distributing PDFs within an Education university, allowing detailed tracking of student activity; time spent on specific pages, areas marked as important, and other interactions with the content. The system identified common stumbling points for students and provided feedback for future lessons. Although academically focused, the system collected logs of all actions taken on documents, enabling the identification of issues that students may not be aware of, and providing personalized feedback on individual weaknesses.

I led the promotion, design, and implementation of cloud services to support efficient operations for local governments providing one device per child, including classroom support systems, online drills, and device management. I led the digitalization of internal documents, such as approval requests and facility usage applications that require approval within the organization. Working with clients, I determined the requirements and designed a system that ensures efficient circulation of documents. I conducted business interviews to understand existing processes, then compiled the requirements for document formats and circulation rules into singular reference document for system implementation. For functionalities that could not be covered by standard packages, I was responsible for the development and implementation of custom add-ons.
